Too Small

Too Small is a Koi fish that thinks he doesn't fit in with his 800 brothers and sisters. As he grows up he changes into a Kohaku Koi, the most prized of all Koi fish. It's his look that gets the attention of the Emperor of Japan. Too Small and his best friend Lilly are invited to live out their lives in the Royal Garden Pond where lilly presents the Emperor hundreds of Koi fish.
