Skippy's Happy Heart

This book can be used as a reading or coloring book. It is a great teaching tool for children so they may learn about what a charity is, and what it is like to help others. The author Tawnda Bromley has been a heart patient, and felt the desire to gift something back for the treatment and care she has received. All monies from this book is that gift to the "Kids Helping Kids Fix Broken Hearts" charity. Emily Kladar is 13 years old and did all the illustrations for this book. Her family created the charity to provide financial assistance to families who have a child needing heart surgery away from their hometown. This is a heartwarming story and a great gift for children.
