Blood and Death is a collection of three meticulously written novellas by a writer as talented as the great writers of today like Stephen King. The collection also contains a bonus fourth story. Cannibals, the first story in the collection is about 16 years old Robb Grill who flew from Seattle with his mum to New Hampshire to a small town called Manny to bury her mum’s old friend. On their way back home, they stopped in a small town called Notre Flower when their car broke down.
They realized too late that the house they sought refuge was a cannibal’s house.
Cursed, the second story in the collection is about a small town called The Dig in New Hampshire that changes forever when a coffin mysteriously appears and people that come too close to it start to die one by one. Its first victim was Roy Kellerman, a local pastor.
The story is told in first person by a boy who witnesses it all.
The third novella, The Tree by the House is about a family’s fight for their lives with the help of a sorcerer called Trump when their house gets haunted by evil spirits because a tree that should never have been cut was cut.
The story is told by 16 old Ronnie Dugger the oldest child in the family.
The bonus story, Wizard Tale: The Genesis is about a boy called Benjamin Chase who lived his life without knowing that he was a wizard until one day while he is in an airport restroom a wall beside him magically opens and a man who looks familiar tells him that he is there to take him home.
Meanwhile, through a doorway between earth and a magical planet called Lacihtym that has been closed by what some wizards said was an unbreakable enchantment for 16 years, the most evil wizard finally manages to break through the barrier. He wants Benjamin and he will stop at nothing to catch him.
