Andrew Lang's Fairy Books or Andrew Lang's "Hued" Fairy Books establish a twelve-book arrangement of fantasy assortments. In spite of the fact that Andrew Lang didn't gather the narratives himself from the oral convention, the degree of his sources, who had gathered them initially (with the eminent exemption of Madame d'Aulnoy), made them a tremendously compelling assortment, particularly as he utilized unknown dialect sources, giving a considerable lot of these stories their first appearance in English. As recognized in the introductions, in spite of the fact that Lang himself made the majority of the choices, his significant other and different interpreters did an enormous bit of the deciphering and recounting the real stories.

The Blue Fairy Book amassed a wide scope of stories, with seven from the Brothers Grimm, five from Madame d'Aulnoy, three from the Arabian Nights, and four Norse stories, among different sources.
