Fairfield, Connecticut, is the target of a shoreline raid by British forces. The British intend to break the morale and spirit of American patriots. Two brothers, Thomas and Ben Middleton, are caught up in the hostilities as they bravely resist the enemy and strive to protect their town and family. When Fairfield is pillaged and burned by the British, Ben and Thomas find themselves at odds with a cruel and vengeful enemy soldier. They must flee for their lives. The Forgotten Flag is the story of courage and sacrifice in a small community of ordinary townsfolk who make a stand against oppression and injustice.
