Willie Venturely can't stand history or its heroes, can't stand his annoying sister, and most of all he can't stand going to libraries and doing research. BUT... something new and wonderful is up ahead after Willie stumbles on a mysterious compass and goes on a a wacky time-travel adventure to the early days of the American frontier where he meets on of history's finest, Daniel Boone.
