There are exceptional players on every side; leaders and friends with learned skills who always put the team ahead of themselves. There are also some with fewer skills, those that carry a burning desire to be better than they can. Under the gray skies of doubt, these are the players that can make a difference when it matters most,especially when guided by teammates that freely give-of-themselves without a need for reward.
