Hunted

Leanne Hayes is a young Kilean Hunter, obedient and loyal to her tribe. However when she meets Marcus, the Chief of Borean Hunters, a series of events lead her to question the motives of the Elders, she realises how little she actually knows about her tribe and her loyalties are seriously tested. When Leanne meets Marcus for the first time, she knows he is different. She feels a connection to him, and sees a golden glow around his heart. Even though its her duty, she knows she cannot kill him.

After saving him from her hunting partner Leon, she begins a relationship with Marcus and falls in love with him, he remains ignorant of her Kilean roots. As time goes on she feels guilty for lying to everyone close to her. Although she tries to ignore the obvious, she knows that at some point Marcus will discover her true identity.

Coupled with an unexpected gift and a task set by a Seer that will challenge all she has been raised to believe in, Leanne embarks on an emotional journey that will change her life and those around her forever.
