About the Book
Personal growth refers to activities that improve an individual's awareness and identity, develop their innate talents and potential, build their human capital and facilitate their employability. By maintaining their personal growth an individual may expect to enhance their quality of life, and increase their ability to realize their dreams and aspirations. Personal development takes place throughout an individual's entire life. While there is a self-help component, whole-of-life personal growth will also involve interactions with a teacher, guide, counselor, manager, life coach or mentor.
