Jamie Banks was just a normal kid until she turned thirteen. As a teenager, Jamie’s life is filled with several ups and downs. However, this isn’t a normal case of teen angst. When Jamie’s parents disappear and then her best friend claims she doesn’t know her, Jamie is forced to search for the cause of these unsettling events. What she finds is shocking. As a baby, Jamie was cursed by Madeline, a witch who secretly practices black magic. Now, Jamie must find Madeline and convince her to reverse the spell. Unfortunately, Madeline is a very unfriendly and unreasonable witch.
