A young family ventures into the Mojave Desert on a camping trip. Excited to explore the wilderness, the kids trek out for a day of exploring. Looking for treasures, they discover an old mine and find something very unexpected. This story is ideal for reading at bedtime or other quiet time. It is a gentle story without violence or other situations, which I consider to be no good for young readers. I think kids will like it.
