Toby Treetops has lived his whole life in the city surrounded by tall concrete buildings and bustling streets full of people. To the eye he seems like your average ten-year-old boy, except for one thing - he's absolutely obsessed with dogs. Oddly, dogs seem just as obsessed with him.
