While rummaging through the attic one Saturday, middle-aged Ron and his daughter uncover an ancient, 8 mm silent movie projector with a dusty movie reel attached. Curious, then begin to view the film.
While old home movies are new to the 12-year-old, Ron is fascinated by the characters on screen, old school friends he hasn't seen in years. And he's especially captivated by Debbie, a teenager who captured his heart years before.
