About Annie Nelson
Annie was born in Wiltshire and grew up in rural England surrounded by animals. She moved to southern Spain in 1990.

Inspired by the adventures of her own mischievous puppy, "Paloma & Jack" began as a bedtime story for her then 8 year old granddaughter Lucy back in England. When it quickly became clear Lucy couldn’t wait for the next installment, Annie eagerly set about bringing her Spanish finca to life. "Paloma & Jack" is the captivating result.

Annie still lives on a finca in southern Spain with her husband, two dogs, a wild pig, six chickens and a cockerel.
