Together with the Pokemon Handbook Collector's edition and the Pokemon Handbook #3, this handbook includes all pokemon (excluding Celebi, Jirachi, and Deoxys). NOTE: It does not iclude Lucario, Manene, or Manyula. Those are fourth generation Pokemon."
