Addiction is not just an individual disease. Unfortunately, children often don't understand that when a parent or loved one is struggling with addiction and it has nothing to do with them. All the child understands is that Mommy or Daddy are gone. Have You Seen My Mother, seeks to explain the absence of a parent who is striving toward finding Recovery.
