This time, small-town eighth-grader Violet Karchefski is at it again, busting through boundaries with boys and best friends. Held together by the universal languages of love and music, her world gets rocked by the most annoying boy in the eighth grade, the cutest guy in high school, and a buffed-out bass player from a private school. She's sneaking out and spinning stories to save herself from social suicide.
