A novel about the events surrounding the fall of Saigon and the Vietnamese refugees difficult assimilation into mainstream America. A story of how one abandoned young girl found herself in Texas, and then in the heart of a middle-aged cowboy. They soon discover the bigotry and small-mindedness that exists in this country. Forced to leave Central Texas they pursue a quest to find the other lost members of her family.
