Chippie is a chipmunk that becomes friends with a squirrel named Squeaky. They enjoy each others company, playing chase, hide-n-seek, collecting nuts and fruit for their homes, and lots of exploring. They are always finding new things to do and meeting other animals. The only animal that they do not want to meet is the dog who likes to chase them and tries to catch them. They are always running up on the dog and having to run away. They almost get caught by him. They meet ducks and find out how they get their food and bathe. Find out about a lawn mower too. They can't wait to get outside to see each other and play and explore.
