The Works of Rabelais

A lovely 1930 copy published by the Bibliophist society in a dark brown hardcover, 640 pages, corners rounded, made from cloth or rag type paper, with deckle edges, gold inset lettering on spine (as if it were much older) I guess it could be, but the Bibliophist Society did print one in 1930, according to the Library of Congress. Has a sticker from the bookstore in London where it was sold new, The Emporium, I believe in London, these are the tiny stickers that bookstores put in high quality books. It cost $1.48 in 1930. Has name from 1937 inside, no other marks, tight binding.
