Rotten Apples Comedy Club. The debut novel by G.G.Burrows. Comedian Reggie Taylor sits in his basement flat in London, wondering how different his life would've been if he wasn't recorded snorting cocaine. He becomes a disease to the industry and is dropped by his agent and has all upcoming shows cancelled. Unsure of when his next paycheck will arrive, he receives a phone call from an agent named, Mickey Vaughan. Vaughan puts together a tour group named ‘Rotten Apples' consisting of past and present stand-up comedians Stanley Knight, Bernie Mathers, and Pete Hampton. The Rotten Apples embark on a tour of the United Kingdom in an attempt to break into the big time of the comedy circuit. Will they be remembered for the comedians they are?
