I'm not afraid of the dark

Tim does not like darkness, so he sleeps with a night lamp. One night something wakes him up in the middle of the night. Tim is terrified as around him is complete darkness. Shadows of trees that look like monsters, dance on his room's floor. He hears a sound outside his room's door. What is it? A monster?Well, this is how it all started.
