The King's Beard

Just how long is the Royal Beard? Not even the king himself knows for sure. When he sends forth his jester and the Royal Barbers to measure the wayward whiskers, what do they find at the end of the beard? Why another king! But the kings share something more than a beard. They share a trusted advisor in the short, bald, green person of Yertle. And if Yertle's grand plan pans out, he'll be catapulted from Yertle the Tertle to Yertle the King!
