Sammie the Salmon

I hope Sammie brings hope to other preemie families of the world. I wrote this about two years after Sam was born, and I was headed back to teaching. We were extremely overprotective parents, rightfully so. Being apart was tough. Just like life in the nicu, we were strong and got through it better than before!!!
