Horsehead Power, a Cherokee Indian Medicine man, was struck by a bolt of lightning during an electrical storm in Oklahoma. After recovering from his near-death experience, he found he had the ability to move things with his mind or Psychokinesis. This telekinesis DNA was passed on to his great, great grandson, Billy Power. When Bill puberty was initiated his physical and mental changes started to mature including psychokinesis.
