The Forest

Scarlet is a 10-year-old girl, who recently moved from New York to the country. She starts school in three days, and has no friends. That is until she meets Isabella, her neighbor. One-day Scarlet and Isabella decide to go out into the woods. When all the sudden they find what seems to be an abandon cabin. The abandon cabin appears to have a big “X” on the floor. So, Scarlet and Isabella did what most of you probably would do. They dug! An old brown, wrinkled scroll is what they found. What did the scroll say? What was it doing in an old cabin in the woods? These questions whizzed through Scarlet and Isabella’s minds. This is where their story begins.
