Size Isn't Everything

The one bright spot in Shelby Castor's life is her daily work at Appletree Farm. The horses are like therapists to help her unwind from tough days at school, trying to fit in with kids who don't think science is cool. More than anything, Shelby wants to belong, but even the other girls at the farm don't let her into their circle much. When a miniature horse named Nugget arrives at the farm, Shelby finally finds the friend she's been looking for.
