You're Beautiful, Black Girl!

Growing up and trying to find a sense of belonging is sometimes a challenge. Tanya, an elementary student has to also navigate a new school and neighborhood because she’s relocating with her mom. Tanya doesn’t know what to expect and she is extremely nervous about whether she will be liked. Tanya’s first day starts off rough because of her “HAIR”, but a very special teacher helps her along and reminded her that she’s a beautiful black girl.
