Joe Henry's Return

After working in the gold fields of 1862 Montana (in Joe Henry's Journey, by Marcia Melton) Joe Henry Grummond and his Pa returned to Kentucky. They find their family in sorrow and trouble and their farm devastated by the Civil War. Now, four years later they travel by wagon train back to Montana with an elderly Grandma, Joe's two little sisters, and a disabled, orphaned neighbor boy. Joe and Pa look forward to reuniting with old friends and hope to make a new home for their family. Travel with them on adventures, discoveries, and danger in their trek to Territorial Montana in 1866 and thrill in the adventures they face while making a new life and home.
