Hostage to Alexander

The story of Alexander the Great seen through the eyes of young Damon of Rhodes. Damon and his mother were taken captive during the siege of Rhodes. He learns that Alexander is far more than the "enemy" he was taught to hate. The author used Arrian's Anabasis of Alexander as her primary historical source.
