Fate gave her a gift by introducing Carol to a new and wise friend. Lady Caterpillar's Theory addresses self-knowledge as an indispensable element for our evolution as an individual. Using the stages of a butterfly's life cycle as an example, Lady Caterpillar demonstrates to Carol that all moments in life are equally important. This story emphasizes the importance of being present, consciously, to ward off anxiety and other Great Emotions.
