Black Moon

Laylha is a black young talented dancer who moves from New York City to a small town with her mother. In this new city, Layhla is going to not only face struggles to make new friends at school but is also going to have to deal with a group of bullies that are going to try to make her feel less because of the color of her skin. Feeling defeated at first, Laylha is going to need to find her own light to shine amongst others. "Black Moon" is a book that teaches children the value of integrating cultures and the courage to never quit against adversity.
