Suse Stewart thinks she’s ordinary. She couldn’t be more wrong. Well, actually, she could. She also thinks Ian Mackenzie is a dweeb. But Ian’s best friend is an invisible pictsie, the Mackee, and when the Mackee foils an attempted robbery at the local shop, Suse and Ian’s adventures are about to begin.
There’ll be magic, dragons, Merlin and monsters. There’ll be a volcano, a popstar and the Loch Ness Monster. What there won’t be is time to be bored.
In forty eight hours, fast-building magic will destroy the world, unless Suse and Ian save the day. No one said anything about turning the Mackee into a giant pictsie dragon, but that’s the sort of confusion they’re dealing with. Now, can they turn him back?
