Tommy's Christmas Magic

Hardcover (Edward Golamb Dec. 24, 2016)

Tommy Quinn is a typical eight year old boy with a problem. He has his hopes and feelings about Santa Claus from all the stories he has heard, but he is a long way from the home his parents grew up in. Although he has faith in the stories, other kids around him do not share his opinions, and tell him the stories he has heard simply aren't true, and fill his mind with doubts. This troubles him and as he prepares for bed on Christmas Eve. He voices his emotions and concerns to his mother. She cuddles with him as she tries to comfort and reassure him of his feelings as they sit and watch a train circle beneath their computer generated Christmas tree. Tommy wants a real tree just like the one in his parent's pictures, but because of where they now live, this is just not possible. Tommy feels that Santa will never find him, but his mother encourages him not to give up hope. She tells him that no matter where children live, Santa always finds them, but he has to really believe. Tommy goes to bed unsure of just what to believe.

During the night, Tommy's sleep is disturbed. Something is not right, so alone he inspects their dimly lit home. Nothing appears different at first, but he senses a difference. As he approaches their computer generated tree, he realizes things are no longer what they were hours ago. Suspicious of the changes, he calls to his parents, but his call to them is interrupted.

What Tommy discovers next could alter his doubts and feelings about Christmas.
