Dozer is a Little Dog is a fictional story that will help your young child learn to respect a little dog. Many shelters discourage families with young children from adopting tiny dogs, but my own 4 children grew up in a house that had little dogs before it had children. There was nothing but love between the animals and the children. It takes some special care to teach both the dog and the child respect for one another, but it can be done.
