Almost Home

Lydia Tucker, an eleven year old from North Carolina, lives with a mother that treats her terribly. When she finds the key to her finding her father, who left when she was two, she doesn't want to let it go to waste. When she and her mother get in a fight, Lydia runs away and tries to find her dad. She goes through a lot of trouble, but will she make it to the person she's looked for her whole life?
