Daddy Dearest

Allie DiCaesar has hated Tom Callahan for as long as she can remember - he's a loud, arrogant bully who's made her grade school years hell. At the end of her senior year of high school, though, an assignment in English class turns the lifelong enemies into sudden teammates. It forces Allie to discover just how many dark secrets Tom harbors, how his tough exterior only stands to guard an extremely fragile boy. Tom's got a lot of kinks to iron out, and Allie takes him under her wing in any way she can when she realizes that his scrambled mind is on the cusp of a massive breakdown.
