Rapture

Mara and her high school friend, Grant, enter the world of Rapture—an incredible virtual reality game set in medieval England. As the duo explores, Mara finds that Rapture is more eerie than compelling, but before she can voice her concerns, she and Grant are violently separated. On her own, she is unable to leave the game and realizes that she is trapped in this strange world.

Rapture chronicles Mara's adventures as she struggles to survive until she can return home. She faces challenges and horrors that would be impossible to find in the modern world, but she also finds the hidden joy and sense of purpose that comes with living simply.

When she is finally able to return home, Mara must make a choice between two very different worlds.
