The Me Inside

The Me Inside is a book designed to help children recognize and deal with their feelings. The beautifully illustrated "Me Inside" character acts out a variety of situations that are familiar to school-age children. The purpose of the book is to validate children's feelings. The Author's Note provides discussion questions and suggestions to help parents and teachers teach children how to cope with their feelings.
