Jack and Jill after the Tumble
language
(ecEmedia, a Division of the EC Corporation May 10, 2018)
In the popular children’s rhyme, Jack and Jill went to fetch some water and they fell and tumbled. The authors have written a story adapting that rhyme for a rural village setting.
A modified and expanded version of the rhyme to be sung like the old one has been included at the end of the story.
