Learn Like a Scientist

Science is about asking questions. Scientists ask questions about the world and then come up with claims and evidence from their research. They share their answers with other scientists to test and sharpen their thinking. Scientists learn just like you learn. Something interests them and they search for understanding by asking questions and testing to find answers to their questions. You can learn like a scientist and, in the process, become a better thinker. Your thinking, speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills will improve while exploring your own interests. Learn Like a Scientist is the first book from the Learn Like a Scientist Series and is Level 2. This book targets a middle school age range and uses physical science examples. The process, however, will work for all ages and areas of science and can be used in classrooms, homeschooling, and other settings.
