(Rebecca Hall Oct. 28, 2013)
Death Valley is brutal during most seasons. Harsh heat in the summer, bone-chilling cold in the winter, the valley is a trap for the unskilled explorer. Who would dare brave this unforgiving environment- and at what cost?
Jayden has an adventurer’s heart and a vagabond’s spirit. Connected to nature and the past, he has a thirst for mysteries rooted in history. Traveling the world in search of precious treasures for a museum, Jayden, his guide Jack, and his parents, Melody and Eddie, will stop at nothing to unravel the secrets of the past and share them with the world. This includes traveling the perilous Death Valley in search of the ancient Lost Gun Sight Mine. This mine, laced with silver and the lingering spirits of past societies, is closely guarded by ferocious desert creatures. When strange happenings begin to occur during their monumental journey, the crew grows unsure of what lies ahead and if they'll be able to complete their mission. Will Jayden and his crew be able to unearth the mine's secrets for educational display at the museum, or will the desert protectors stop the mission? Only time will tell, and help from surprising forces may just guide them to the treasure that they seek.
