This is My Planet: Our planet is the most important thing in our lives, as we wouldn’t exist without it. The stories in this book explain to children that we as human beings not only have to protect our planet, but also need to be kinder to our animal friends and all other living species. - Human Joke: Written from a kitten's point of view; this story tells the readers the difficulties stray animals face on a daily basis. - Garbage collectors: In many third-world countries, some kids make a living by collecting paper, glass and aluminum from garbage cans, and unfortunately get bullied by others. This story focuses on how we should appreciate these hardworking kids, as they are making our planet a much better place by recycling these items.- Ozge and the Wounded Bird: The story focuses on how we should be kinder to animals and give them the love and respect that we give to each other
