In the Dark

When fifteen year old Drazen's mother dies in a plane crash, he's left with his dad, sister, stepmother, and two stepsisters. His dad dies mysteriously; sending Drazen and his sister to an orphanage because their stepmother doesn't want them. His only hope becomes a couple of very strange orphans, his dog Goby, and his own wits while he lingers on the edge of complete darkness. Even though he gets pampered to death at this new orphanage, he still feels the endless sorrow approaching. Could he be left in the dark forever?
