Emma, James and the Legends of England

eBook (Legends of England Publishing March 8, 2011)
Emma and James live in the most colorful village in England. While there is grey and concrete everywhere else, Loxley has retained it's history, in old pubs, cricket matches and a haunted wood, the remains of Sherwood Forest. Emma suspects that James is drawn to the trees because their father is gravely ill, and he is looking for an escape. Whatever the reason, one day she follows him and finds herself face to face with the legendary Robin Hood. The spirit explains that he has been the protector of Sherwood Forest for centuries and this small wood is all that remains, which is why he has been tasked with a mission from God. He must leave with other English legends on a quest to find the Holy Grail, to restore green leaves and grass to England. Emma and James agree to help for two reasons. They know that if they can find the Grail, it’s celebrated healing powers will save their country, but they wonder, could those healing powers also save their father?
