This book contains poems that children with no senses of humour will definitely not like.
There is stuff in here that isn't quite normal, not entirely usual and occasionally simply not right. There are also things that are spot on. There are disgusting things happening with horrible food. There are animals acting oddly. There are people who don't wash, doughnuts that can't escape, pirates who are too nice for words and dogs seeking revenge for terrible wrongs.
Oh, and it's all good, funny stuff too. And some of it rhymes.
