You are not alone follows the journey of a young child who has a problem and feels there is no one they can talk to. However, by the end of the book they decide to share their worries and are glad they did.
When a child is scared or worried it can present as bed wetting and this is touched upon in this picture book.
It can be very difficult to get children to open up and express their true feelings. Reading books and looking at pictures are a great talking point for children.
