Key Verbs with Robin is a series of 15 readers designed to help young children learn about verbs through delightful, age-appropriate stories. Each book focuses on a range of verb tenses or forms, which increase in difficulty as the series progresses. Most of the key verbs selected are featured more than once, reinforcing learning, and verb reference tables give an overview of the tenses or forms in question.
A 'More to the point' section at the end of each book gives grammar tips and insights for parents as they read with their children.
Books 1-5 for aged 4 and 5 (kindergarten) ; Books 6-10 for aged 6 and 7 (Grades 1-2) ; Books 11-15 for aged 7 and 8 (Grades 2-3) Tilly's mum takes part in a charity race. Tilly and Dad cheer her on.
