A boy from the depths of ancient Egyptian history is transported 4,328 years into the 21st century.
Eleven-year-old Hotep lived in Memphis, Egypt's capital city during the country's Old Kingdom, over 4,000 years ago - an ancient time still shrouded in mystery to this day.
So, what is he doing in Las Vegas, in 2009? And how did he get to be on a wolf-infested mountainside in Austria, in 1925?
After the weirdest experience of his life, Hotep is transported across 4,328 years into the future with little more than the clothes he stands up in. He arrives in shock in 2009 and within hours finds himself on a dangerous mission to save lives. An evil, deadly force is at work, and it is based in the most unlikely of places.
A king wants Hotep executed. A wolf wants to eat him. With plenty of edgy attitude, Hotep risks his life, time and again.
This is a fast-paced act of daring by a resourceful young Egyptian from over 4,000 years ago, on a life-saving rescue mission through time.
