Shag Finds a Home

Ronnie, a fifth grade boy, feels left out during recess, as the boys in his class never ask him to play baseball with them. One day he sees the boys throwing rocks at something in the tall grass. Ronnie discovers a homeless dog he names Shag. Miss Judy, Ronnie’s teacher, and Smitty, the bus driver, help Ronnie in his quest to find a home for Shag.
